David Leach's vision when starting TechSprout was to bridge the lack of convergence between institutional funding platforms and SMB/SMEs. David believes in forming strong relationships with our investments, partners, and supporters, which allows TechSprout to share niche resources, data intelligence, and technology across our relationships, which in turn reinforces our growth strategy and outreach.
Prior to TechSprout, David Leach worked on Search Engineering at Google, worked as a Chief Marketing Officer/Chief Product Officer at several Fortune 100 Financial Corporations (Fintech), was a serial entrepreneur of over 20 startups, and is a Early/Seed/Series A investor in Oculus VR, AirBnb, Uber, and over a dozen other globally successful companies.
Dr. Patel Pranav - Chief Operating Officer

Patel Pranav is responsible for leading the business management teams focused on our non-investment personnel. This covers Global Client Solutions, Operations, Personnel, and Legal teams. Patel is directly responsible for ensuring that TechSprout Investors have an operating model that efficiently and effectively enables the delivery of our fund management and solutions expertise to the benefit of both clients and shareholders.
Prior to joining TechSprout, Dr. Patel Pranav held the role of Chief Compliance Officer for Kotak Mahindra Bank in India. He focused specifically on controls and governance, and developing control frameworks to protect clients' assets.
Li Qiang - Head of Risk Management

Li Qiang is responsible for overseeing the risk management framework globally. He leads our global business standards attestation and quarterly risk control self assessment. Li works closely with the Global Risk team to incorporate group and industry best practices and provides regular updates on the region’s key risk register to global and regional executive teams.
Before joining TechSprout, Li was a senior manager at an international investment firm (China) in charge of the company’s internal control assurance service line. Li's responsibilities included supervision of internal control auditing engagements for large size asset management firms.
Roi Dor - Global RE Investment Director

Roi Dor is responsible for TechSprout's Global Real Estate Investments and Acquisitions. Roi focuses on real property development, sales and leasing transactions in the US, ASIA, and EU. Through data driven portfolio design and bottom-up securities selection, Roi has assisted TechSprout in maintaining diversified exposure to commercial real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, residential, healthcare, and hotel properties.
Prior to TechSprout, Roi worked in various research and analyst positions at J.P. Morgan and several Investment Management firms. He has over 26 years of real estate industry experience.
